Tale as old as time
True as it can be
Barely even friends
Than somebody bends
Unexpectedly
Just a little change
Small, to say the least
Both a little scared
Neither one prepared
Beauty and the Beast
Ever just the same
Ever a surprise
Ever as before
Ever just as sure
As the sun will arise
Tale as old as time
Tune as old as song
Bittersweet and strange
Finding you can change
Learning you were wrong
Certain as the sun
Rising in the east
Tale as old as time
Song as old as rhyme
Beauty and the beast
Guess I'll be heading to bed soon. Tired. Can't get any of these marketing terms into my head anymore. Here's a nice clip from Walt Disney's Beauty and the Beast. Had the chance to catch the "musical" on stage at MGM Studios last spring. A beautiful heart-warming show performance. My mind totally crammed with information and with all the rest of the thoughts that refuse to go away... Good night.
